Wow Howard, where in Gods name do you find the time for all this?? I like the fact that this is written with such an 'open' state of mind. Many things here I have never thought about, much less heard.

Thanks, Howard for writing about Dr. Altman's story and anxiety problems for PC patients being on AS protocol. It's very interesting especially Dr. Altman's thoughts and recommendatios at the end of his story.

Personally, I keep monitoring. But IO am on a reduced protocol. Also, I will have another article soon on meditation and previously ran articles on tai chi and yoga,

Great article. I will try doing some of the things mentioned here regarding how to reduce anxiety. I don't think that taking a hiatus from future medical visits is part of AS. Whatever works.

Howard, can you provide additional resources regarding anxiety in AS.

I didnt realize Dr. Ablin doesnt take a PSA test. That is interesting info. Im familiar with his lecture to the Max Planck Institute in Germany where he criticizes Pca treatment, predicting a 65 year old man diagnosed with Pca will be dead at 75 whether he treats or not.
