Again gobsmacked! Westphalen, M.D. answered question you heard me, Howard, ask more than once. How is it a steady rise in PSA after many years suddenly reverses itself, even in half? Never heard care team ever broach this possibility, ever. "You can lead a horse to water, but......." Damn if I'm not grateful.

A quip from a quipster: Enigma indeed! Not only can lesions come and go between MRIs, they can actually come and go and change PiRads level in the same MRI! Clearly prostates are magical!

Not only that, but when a renowned urologist went hunting for them with a needle, they magically all vanished! I think that they were even erasing themselves from the MRI as well, because the Resident said, “You have one lesion, right?” Just before the biopsy.

There’s no fighting this black magic with science. Do you know any good exorcists?
